💡 How do you apply the Rubber Base?

❓ Frequently asked questions:

1. What are the reasons why the product does not polymerize completely?

There are several possible causes:

✔️ Lamp with incomplete UV/LED spectrum – many old, weak, or fake lamps do not emit the full necessary spectrum (ideally 365–405 nm).

✔️ Insufficient polymerization time – generally, each layer must be exposed for at least 60–90 sec. in LED or 120 sec. in UV.

✔️ Too thick layer applied – the product with pigment content, applied in a thick layer, does not harden completely in depth.

✔️ Worn-out lamp or burnt-out LEDs – performance drops significantly after 12–18 months of frequent use.

💡 Solution: use a professional lamp, periodically check the light intensity, and apply the product in thin/medium and even layers.

2. What happens if I don't polymerize each layer enough?

The product layer remains soft or sticky, even after applying the top coat, which can lead to:

– shortening the lifespan of the manicure

– lifting of the color at the edges

– loss of shine and the appearance of creases or waves

– risk of adverse reactions if the product remains active on the nail

10. What is the Frame Sticker and how do I use it?

How to use

120 sec. 36W UV

60/90 sec. LED

Prepare the natural nail by removing its shine and, of course, the cuticle area - do not forget to remove any trace of dust and to degrease the nail plate. You can use GN Pure Acetone or GN Nail Prep.
Apply, as preferred, one of the following: 007 Bond Primer / Primer Ultra Bond / Acid Based Primer / Primer Pen - only on the natural nail, to increase adhesion. For nails with adhesion problems or during the summer, we recommend Acid Based Primer or Acid Primer Pen.
After 30-40 seconds, apply a base coat over the entire nail and cure completely

Due to the colored pigment content of this rubber base, we recommend that the first layer, the base layer, be done with Bonder Base Gel or Rubber Base 1 Clear or GetLac Base - Liquid Base or GetLac Base & Finish or NA Fiber Base.

Apply 1 slip layer followed by 2nd layer of Rubber Base and cure completely
Apply Top coat and cure completely

If necessary, degrease the dispersion layer with Cleanser

Attention! For an intense and long-lasting shine, it is recommended to degrease with Cleanser approximately 2-3 minutes after finishing the curing process.

Apply cuticle oil for a well-groomed look

Pigments can settle – gentle movements ensure homogenization without bubbles.

Apply the first layer very thinly, as a "slip" layer

It ensures the ideal base for the second layer – which provides the desired intensity.

Keep in a cool environment away from direct lamp light

You prevent thickening or premature curing of the product and maintain the ideal consistency.

Warm the bottle slightly if the product seems too thick

Hold the bottle in your hands for 2–3 minutes – the viscosity becomes perfectly balanced.
