For a longer lifespan and to avoid various technical issues, the manufacturer of the Marathon Escort III recommends using the electric nail drill for a maximum of 20 continuous minutes. After this, the drill must be left to rest for at least another 20 minutes before being operated again.

Before first use, please read and follow the user instructions carefully.

Please take great care not to drop or knock the handpiece. This will damage the ball bearing, affect the durability of the motor, and result in the voiding of the warranty.

Never, under any circumstances, open the twist-lock system to change the bit while the drill is running.

Never use the drill without having either the metal protection rod or a drill bit initially secured in the handpiece.

Specialized service personnel have specific methods for detecting faults caused by improper use.

How to use

Before turning on the device, ensure that all cables are connected correctly
Before changing direction, set the speed to 0
Place the base and the handpiece on a flat and firm surface before starting operation
Wear safety glasses and a protective mask while working
Ensure that nothing can get caught in the rotation system during use (e.g., long loose hair or shirt sleeves)
Turn off the device when not in use
Do not use the device near water sources or other liquids (cleanser, acetone, etc.)
Dropping the device is prohibited, and it is recommended to avoid any vibrations and shocks - these damage the device and void the warranty
Use only the handpiece dedicated exclusively to this device model
Do not use defective or damaged handpieces or bent, asymmetrical, or off-center drill bits - these damage the device and void the warranty
After inserting/changing a bit, ensure that the twist-lock system is securely closed
Take into account the maximum operating speed of the drill bit
Ensure that you have inserted the drill bit correctly and all the way in
Never use (open) the twist-lock system while the device is running
Never unplug the device while it is in operation
Disconnect the device from the main power source by pulling the plug from the outlet
