1. Prepare the natural nail by removing its shine and, of course, the cuticle area - do not forget to remove any traces of dust and degrease the nail plate. You can use GN Pure Acetone or GN Nail Prep.
2. Apply one of the following, at your preference: 007 Bond Primer / Primer Ultra Bond / Primer Acid Based / Primer Pen - only on the natural nail, to increase adhesion.

In the case of nails with adhesion issues or during summer, we recommend Primer Acid Based or Primer Pen Acid.

1. After 30-40 seconds, apply the 1st layer of base over the entire nail and cure completely.

💡 Due to the high content of pigments and effect particles in this base, we recommend that the 1st layer be made of a clear base, such as Bonder Base Gel | Rubber Base 1 Clear | GetLac Base - Liquid Base | GetLac Base & Finish or NA Fiber Base.

1. Apply the 2nd layer of Rubber Base and cure completely.
2. Apply Top coat and cure completely.
3. If necessary, remove the dispersion layer with Cleanser.

💡 For an intense and long-lasting shine, it is recommended to degrease with Cleanser approximately 2-3 minutes after the curing process is finished.

💡 Rubber Base Tips & Tricks

1. Properly prepare and degrease the natural nail and apply the adhesion system suitable for the client and the working technique.
2. For optimal adhesion, we recommend initially applying a thin layer of Clear base, followed by the Rubber Base with a high content of pigments or effect particles, for leveling and color.
3. Avoid applying excessively thick layers.

In the case of pigmented products, excessive thickness can lead to insufficient curing of the material.

1. Shake the bottle gently before application.

Pigments may settle - gentle movements ensure homogenization without bubbles.

1. Initially apply a very thin "slip" layer.

This ensures an ideal base for the second layer – which provides the desired intensity.

1. Keep in a cool environment away from direct lamp light.

You prevent the product from thickening or polymerizing prematurely and maintain the ideal consistency.

1. Use the original brush for applying the base + a thin brush for the cuticle area.

You achieve a perfect contour and a "color under the cuticle" look.

1. Wipe the brush well before returning to the cuticle area.

You avoid excess product and spilling into the sides.

1. Combine Rubber Base with techniques such as ombré, marble, or babyboomer.

Use the Comb Ombre Design Brush or Sponge Set Ombre Design for blending.

1. For personalized looks, combine with a contrasting or complementary colored base.

You can obtain creative manicures with unique effects.

1. What happens if the Rubber Base is not cured correctly?

The material may remain insufficiently cured in depth, even if the surface seems hardened. This can affect the durability of the manicure and may promote lifting, wrinkling of the material, or the appearance of adverse reactions through exposure to insufficiently cured product.

💡 Solution: Respect the recommended layer thickness, curing time, and periodically check the lamp's performance.

1. Why does the Rubber Base wrinkle in the lamp?

Most frequently, wrinkling occurs when the pigmented product is applied in a layer that is too thick or does not receive enough energy for a complete cure. Apply controlled and uniform layers and respect the recommended curing time.

If the problem persists, check the performance and compatibility of the lamp.

1. Why can the Rubber Base crack or lift?

The causes can be diverse and may include improper preparation of the natural nail, contamination of the plate with dust, grease, or other residues, choosing an unsuitable adhesion system, incorrect product application, insufficient curing, or choosing a formula that is not suitable for the requirements of that specific nail.

1. How is Rubber Base stored correctly?

Keep the product tightly closed, in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and UV/LED light. While working, avoid exposing the bottle and brush to the lamp light and periodically clean the neck of the container before closing.

1. Is Rubber Base HEMA Free?

Yes. The Rubber Base has a HEMA Free formula.

The absence of HEMA can be an important criterion for technicians and clients who wish to avoid this ingredient, known for its sensitization potential.
